Al Conklin and Bill de Decker Business Aviation Management Scholarship
Purpose:
Awarded to an undergraduate student who is officially enrolled in an aviation management program at an NBAA or University Aviation Association (UAA) member school and wants to continue on a path to study Business Aviation.
Eligibility:
- Must be officially enrolled in an aviation management program at an NBAA or University Aviation Association (UAA) member school
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

$5000.00
Application Submission Process and Completion Date:
Completed application package, which consists of essay, resume and one signed letter of recommendation and copy of transcript must be received by NBAA no later than July 31, 2017

History/Background:
Conklin & de Decker, in coordination with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), established the Alan H. Conklin Business Aviation Management Scholarship in 2007 to benefit undergraduates pursuing careers in business aviation management. At the 2014 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), the award was renamed to recognize Bill de Decker and his dedication to business aviation.
