Let’s get started with the first Pilot Interview Course question How To Answer A Tell Me About A Time Question or TMAAT.
SAR Method
Situation – Describe the situation clearly.
Action – What action was taken?
Result – What was the result?
Include what you learned.
What you did right.
What you changed due to the action taken.
Anything else you want to add, but be careful.
Examples:
TMAAT that you had an emergency.
Would it be better for the Capt. to be the Pilot Monitoring or Pilot Flying?
