AAAE Scholarship for Native Americans
Purpose:
The AAAE Foundation grants a $1,000 scholarship each year to a number of Native American college or university students with a junior class standing or higher, who are enrolled in an aviation program and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
Eligibility:
- Eligibility is unrelated to membership in AAAE and the program is funded by a grant from the estate of Pete Hill, A.A.E.
The following selection criteria are used: race, academic records, financial need, participation in school and community activities, work experience and a personal statement. A recommendation from the school is also required.
Value:
$1,000.00 (number of scholarships vary each year).
