ISA Financial Scholarship

Purpose:

ISA+21 will award four $4,000 scholarships to women working to acquire an CFI, CFII, or MEI certificate.

Eligibility:

Funds will be paid directly to ALL ATP Flight School and training must be completed within one year at any of their 20 locations.  One letter of recommendation must be from a pilot who has flown with you.  Your resume should include all schools attended and degrees acquired.  Candidates should list academic honors, scholarships, awards and special achievements. Applicants must have a current Medical.  To apply for the ATP – FAA minimum standards and a successful completion of the ATP written within the last year.  A CFI rating is required for the CFI Multi-Engine rating.  Candidates should provide details pertinent to any letters of inquiry from the FAA regarding any aircraft incidents or accidents and a list of all FAA check ride failures. Please include in your essay why you are in financial, as well as career need of our scholarship.

Mid-November:  Postmark deadline for completed application packet

Selection Process:

Interviews conducted at Women in Aviation Conference
or prior to the Conference in applicants hometown or domicile
Winners will be announced immediately following the conference.
